Lea is a Rochester native who obtained her M.B.A. from St. John Fisher College in Accounting and Finance after graduating from Fisher Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Accounting. She also has an Associates in Communications and Graphic Media Arts from Monroe Community College. While she was at Fisher, she won the Edward I.
